Please view the video a couple of times before fitting to your dog, it will help you get used to the process much more easily than trying to work it out for yourself the first time.
Remember: Practice Makes Perfect; once you have used it a couple of times it will be like second nature and should take less than 40 seconds to fit and adjust properly. But, like any process you need to 'do it' a few times to get comfortable with it.
